• Utilize and customize our curated resume templates for personal job, internship, or educational applications.
• Download and distribute resulting PDF exports for personal employment search purposes.

Commercial redistribution of our underlying code, template layouts, HTML structures, and stylesheets is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the ResumeElite service.

3. User Content Ownership

You retain full, exclusive ownership rights to all information, text, photos, and materials that you enter, write, or upload into the ResumeElite workspace. We do not claim ownership of your resume details. Because ResumeElite operates locally in your web browser, we do not store, backup, or hold copies of your files. You are solely responsible for exporting your resume (to PDF) and preserving your data.

• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent information into resumes for malicious purposes.
• Submit data or upload photos that infringe on third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website, its hosting networks, or standard client performance.
• Use automated scrapers, web spiders, or bots to crawl or copy website templates or styles.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Apart from user-generated content, the ResumeElite platform, brand, logos, graphics, structural layout, designs, stylesheet variables, scripting logic, and interactive components are the exclusive property of ResumeElite and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to duplicate or copy our site’s assets for competing commercial projects.
